Sean Parchment was appointed to the JLSC under s.105(1)(a) of the Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009.

Sean is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), having more than 25 years experience serving a wide array of asset management clients.  Throughout that time he has held various leadership positions within PwC and currently heads a large team of professionals working with other PwC network firms across the globe auditing Cayman regulated fund structures.

Sean is also a notary public and has in the past served as a director on several private and public boards.

Sean has been appointed as a member from 15 April 2024 to 14 April 2027.
